Our Bristol and South Gloucestershire locations have merged their administrative clinical systems to enhance service for our valued patients like you. But what does this mean for you?
Our Bristol and South Gloucestershire surgeries have merged their administrative clinical systems to enhance service for our valued patients like you. This means that your patient records are now accessible at Sea Mills Surgery, Coniston Medical Practice and Monks Park Surgery providing increased availability of appointments.
So, if the timing of appointments at your regular surgery doesn't fit your schedule, you will have the option to access appointments at either Monks Park Surgery or Coniston Medical Practice instead. We are also working on integrating Southmead and Henbury Family Practice patients into the system in the next few months. Just let them know your preference when you contact Sea Mills Surgery, Mendip Vale.
Are you registered to the NHS App or Patient Access?
Due to the technical work involved in merging the administration system, if you are registered with the NHS App or Patient Access, this service will be unavailable from Thursday 1st August. You will need to re-register with these services after August 5th.
Consequently, you may experience some disruption when making repeat prescription requests or booking routine appointments. During this period, please phone the practice after 11am.
